Dispatch times 

In stock items are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. Please note that my working days are Monday - Friday. 

Dyed to order and pre order listings will contain information regarding timeframes within the product details. Please read these as purchase is considered acceptance of these time scales. I will liaise with you regarding your order should there be any deviation from this time frame. 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated dependant on the products in your basket and the weight of your parcel. 

All parcels are sent via tracked services - in the UK this is your choice of Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, internationally this will be via Royal Mail's International Tracked service. The exception to this is the option for international customer to choose untracked postage - this is for small parcels only and if it doesn't show up at checkout it means your parcel is over the weight limit for the untracked option. I'm sorry, but there is no untracked option for USA customers at the current time. 

Please note that we are unable to offer collection from our business address due to insurance restrictions. 

Customs & Tariffs

Castle View Yarns is not responsible for any international charges incurred in relation to tax, duty and customs. Please be aware of the limits set by your own country and the fees due. Please contact us at the time of ordering if you wish to split your order into separate packages, however do note that additional shipping charges will be incurred. All customs declarations must be accurately filled in by us. 

USA tariffs are included in the price seen at checkout and will be paid on your behalf at the time of posting.
