This special yarn was dyed using fresh snow from my back garden during February's cold snap! You can take a look at the entire process on my Instagram stories highlights.
Snow dyeing creates beautiful and unique dye patterns, which cannot be replicated (plus, there's no more snow!) and so these are a one off batch. There will also be some variation between skeins - the photo provides a good representation of the batch but please be aware that colour placement may not be exactly as shown.
These are sold as a sock set - 100g of the variegated, snow dyed yarn, and a 20g miniskein to match.

Individually hand dyed in the UK using professional acid dyes to produce a unique and beautiful colour.
We recommend alternating skeins for larger projects as no two skeins are identical – this is what is so wonderful about hand dyed yarn! If you would like to order more skeins than are currently available in the shop please contact us.
Please be aware that whilst every effort is taken to provide accurate colour representation in photos, monitors will, and do, vary.
Hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry.
Due to the nature of the dyeing process, you may experience a small amount of colour bleeding. This can be due to a huge variety of factors, including the hardness of your water, the temperature, and the use of any additions to the wash.
Please be assured that all yarns are thoroughly rinsed before being shipped, and we will never knowingly send you a skein that bleeds. If you have any concerns or questions please do not hesitate to get in touch – we can advise you further.
