Celebrate 4 years of Castle View Yarns!
Each year we celebrate our business birthday with a special edition colourway, and this year is no different. It's been four years since the website launched and I cannot put into words how thankful I am for all of your support.
This yarn will be dyed on a pre-order basis, with a turnaround time of 4 weeks from the date of ordering. The pre-order will remain open throughout the month of September, and the colourway will then be retired.
'Four' was created by taking several of my favourite dye powders and blending them together, resulting in this almost iridescent colourway that reveals all of it's nuances as it catches the light in various ways. Rich teals, greens, blues and purples dance together to create a vibrant and saturated yarn.
This year I am also offering the option of a coordinating tonal, not just as sock sets but as full skeins on it's own too. 'Remedy' is a nod to the therapeutic benefits that I derived from adventuring into yarn dyeing at a difficult time several years ago. I still find the process utterly liberating and healing.
